OSC invites applications for MMO work commencing ca. 10 April (weather dependent) throughout the summer months and possibly until autumn, in European waters. This is an ongoing contract and, subject to performance, there is a strong possibility that repeat work will be awarded annually. OSC provides employment for a regular team of MMOs and PAM operatives year-round, but from time-to-time, such additional opportunities will arise for new blood. We encourage personnel with all levels of experience to apply, as some additional training can be provided. For these particular positions currently on offer, applicants will need up-to-date Pan-European offshore medical certificates, up-to-date pan-European offshore survival certificates, STCW-95 1-day survival certificate (this training is desirable, but not a requirement, as it can be provided), MMO and/or PAM training certificates, ability to identify all European cetacean species, up-to-date CV in Word format (2003 or earlier version), full British driving licence or equivalent to drive company vehicle or your insurer's assurance to cover company vehicle or your own vehicle, details of previous MMO and/or PAM rates, and previous employer's contact details.
